News: Horse Talk has been upgraded to the very latest version. Again, some personal avatars may have been lost during this upgrade but the upgrade was thought necessary to further protect our board from hackers. If your avatar no longer appears, please upload it again. I apologize for this inconvenience. This upgrade will allow us to make future upgrade and security patch installations much more easily.

I have uploaded all of the photos that were on the photo archive to Flickr.

Bear in mind that it is still a work in progress. I am still creating squadron sets etc. If you have a Yahoo ID and are signed in, you can add comments to any of the photos. If you don't have a Yahoo ID, you can register for one free. Just follow the link on the page. It will also create a Yahoo email address but you don't have to use it. I never do. Having a Yahoo ID though, allows you to use all of the Yahoo applications such as Flickr. We also have a Group page that you can add photos to. Any photos that you have on your personal Flickr page can be transferred to the Group Pool. Check it out.

As you look through the photos and you see a photo that belongs to a certain category, i.e. the 554th set or the 820th set, please let me know by adding a comment or...

If you can get to Texas in October, you are all invited to spend some time with Rogers and Jean Craig (555th, 1968). Each year they host a reunion at their place in Marlin, Texas. In conjunction with the reunion, they host our annual golf classic. It's a four ball scramble with proceeds benefiting our scholarship and morale fund. Golf is on Friday the 16th of October and the Craig's host a BBQ with entertainment by Neon Texas on the 17th.

If you are interested, please email me and I will send the information to you. admin@redhorseassociation.org

Murphy's Law was alive and working well in Branson for our 2009 Convention. When we arrived, we found out that lightning had struck the hotel and toasted the WiFi, so I wasn't able to come through on my promise to post updates. But  yesterday, they got the system back online. So I was up late last night getting some photos on the site and I hope you enjoy them. We hope you all will be able to make the next one.

Members all - We have received word that BrigGen Timothy Byers, HQ ACC/A7 has been selected for promotion to MajGen and reassignment and nominated to be the next USAF Civil Engineer. He will be replacing MG Del Eulberg, The current USAF Civil Engineer, who is retiring in June.

BG Byers has been a significant source of support to us and we wish him all the best and Congratulations from a very grateful RHA.

To the HORSE!
