Make reservations directly with the Hotel, be sure to mention the RHA Convention to receive
our special rate, no checks will be accepted (hotel policy), room rates start at $80.00 and must
be made NLT September 28, 2007. (see note 4 below)
Registration is $40.00 per person and must be received NLT September 28, 2007.
(see note 1 below) Includes special registration kit, welcome packets, all refreshments, snacks,
meat, cheese and vegetable trays, ice, soft drinks throughout week and all other convention
requirements IE: meeting rooms, required equipment, etc. (your registration fee will not be used
for the purchase of any alcoholic beverages).
Banquet buffet is $38.00 per person, The Tempting Hoof, Hook and Hatch buffet includes roast
round of beef, baked amberjack (fish) with caper sauce, oven baked chicken, roasted or au
gratin potatoes, chef’s choice of two vegetables, mixed green salad, pasta salad, fresh cucumber
and tomato salad, assorted rolls and butter, fruit trifle or fruit cobbler, coffee/tea, hot/iced.

Notes:
1) Early Bird Registration paid in full and postmarked NLT Aug 15, 2007 will receive a
convention t-shirt. (see registration form for sizes).
2) Some times and events may change slightly and we thank you for your understanding and
patience.
3) REDHORSE Association will provide a van for the convince of our members that choose to
fly in to the Okaloosa County Airport, please be sure you fill out your flight information on the
registration form. (note the number to call should your flight get delayed)
4) Room rates have been reduced this year by $15.00
5) The extra free day has been requested by the majority of the members attending to afford
time to visit local attractions, fishing, and beach time etc.
6) If you are a RHA member please put your Membership number on the registration form.
7) If you will be on TDY orders please state that on the registration form so that we can have an
ample supply of forms on hand.
